Am I eligible to get a massage gun?

Some members qualify to receive a complimentary massage gun when they start a new Hinge Health program. Restrictions apply. You may qualify for this offer if:

• You recently signed up with Hinge Health for the first time,

• You enrolled in a program for long-term pain, and

• You signed up through an employer or health plan that participates in this offer

You do not need to opt in to this offer. Simply get started with your program and we’ll take it from there! Here are your next steps:

1. Download the Hinge Health app on your device from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
2. Sign in to the app with the email address or phone number you use for Hinge Health
3. Complete the introduction session, where you’ll complete a 5-minute movement evaluation so we can begin tailoring your program to you
4. Complete your first exercise therapy session to qualify for the massage gun offer
   
   

You won’t see the massage gun offer in your Hinge Health app. After completing your exercise therapy, keep an eye on your email inbox. You will receive a link to redeem your item within a few weeks of completing your exercise therapy. Some members may receive this email in their junk, spam, or promotions folders.

Contact our support team or send a message to your care team through your Hinge Health app if you haven’t received an email about your item within a few weeks of completing your exercises in the app.
