Hinge Health offers digital programs for back and joint pain. Our programs covered by over 1,700 employers and benefit plans. You can check if you are covered by searching for your employer’s name here.
Once you’ve found your employer, joining is easy. We’ll ask you a few questions to set up your account and make sure Hinge Health is a good fit for you. This entire process only takes about 10 minutes. Based on your answers to the online application, we’ll place you in the digital program that best suits your needs.
As an enrolled member, you’ll get 24/7 access to personalized exercise therapy, education, and support through the Hinge Health mobile app. The app works with most iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. You can download the app to your device for free in the App Store and the Google Play Store.
Our digital format means you can complete your exercises wherever and whenever works best for you, and advance at your own pace. We ask you to commit 15 minutes at least 3 times a week to reduce your pain. You can always do your exercises every day if you like! In fact, many members do because they find it controls their pain better.
Unlike in-person physical therapy, you can do our digital programs whenever it suits you, whether you’re out and about or at home. Your care team will help you manage any busy schedules, travel, or other challenges.
