How do I contact my care team?

As an enrolled member, you can message your dedicated care team anytime, anywhere through your Hinge Health app. To read and send messages to your care team,

1. Go to the home screen of your Hinge Health app 
2. Open the My Care tab
3. Send a message or schedule a video visit with your care team
