Where is the message inbox in the app?

You can access your inbox in the My Care tab of the Hinge Health mobile app. The mobile app works on most iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. It cannot be accessed on desktop computer. 


If you do not see your messages in the My Care tab of your mobile app, you may need to complete an evaluation with your physical therapist first. Schedule a video visit with your physical therapist through the My Care tab of your app. During your virtual visit, your physical therapist will assess you and create your personalized care plan. After your visit, you'll have full access to your message inbox and personalized exercise therapy.
