Who is my care team and how do I contact them?

Your Hinge Health care team is there to support you every step of the way in your program. Your care team can modify exercises for your current pain area and help you switch your focus to an entirely new pain area if needed.


  • Your physical therapist can change your care to fit your needs. They can also change or add new exercises to help you reach your goals. 
  • If you're paired with a health coach, you can also expect to receive support to help you build healthy habits and engage with your exercise therapy. As a co-pilot on your journey, your coach will help you overcome challenges, stay consistent, and achieve your wellness goals.


As an enrolled member, you can message your dedicated care team anytime, anywhere through your Hinge Health app. To read and send messages to your care team:

  1. Open the Hinge Health app 
  2. Tap My Care from the home screen
  3. Send a message or schedule a video visit with your care team


If you do not see your messages in the My Care tab of your mobile app, you may need to complete an evaluation with your physical therapist first. Schedule a video visit with your physical therapist through the My Care tab of your app. During your virtual visit, your physical therapist will assess you and create your personalized care plan. After your visit, you'll have full access to your message inbox and personalized exercise therapy.
