Who is my care team and how do I contact them?

Meet your care team

Your Hinge Health care team is there to support you every step of the way in your program. Your care team can modify exercises for your current pain area and help you switch your focus to an entirely new pain area if needed. 


View your care team and read their personal bios in the My Care tab of your Hinge Health app.


Physical therapist

Your physical therapist is there to customize your care to fit your needs. This includes adding, deleting, or modifying exercises in your playlist to help you reach your goals. 


Health coach

If you're paired with a health coach, you can also expect to receive support to help you build healthy habits and engage with your program.  As a co-pilot on your journey, your coach will help you overcome challenges, stay consistent, and achieve your wellness goals.


Connect with your care team

As an enrolled member, you can message your dedicated care team anytime, anywhere through your Hinge Health app. You can also book an appointment to meet virtually with your care team right through the app — all at no cost to you.


To connect with your care team:

  1. Open the Hinge Health app 
  2. Tap My Care from the home screen
  3. Send a message or schedule a video visit with your care team


Don't see your message inbox in the app?

If you do not see your messages in the My Care tab of your mobile app, you may need to complete an evaluation with your physical therapist first. Schedule a video visit with your physical therapist through the My Care tab of your app. 


During your virtual visit, your physical therapist will assess you and create your personalized care plan. After your visit, you'll have full access to your message inbox and personalized exercises.
