How do I meet with my care team?

You can meet virtually with your care team right through the Hinge Health app—all at no cost to you.

Managing your appointments through your app is quick and easy. Schedule, reschedule, or cancel your appointments at your convenience from the My Care tab of your Hinge Health app. 

Your video visit with your physical therapist or health coach will take place in the Hinge Health app. On the day of your scheduled video visit, sign in to the Hinge Health app on your smartphone or tablet. About 10 minutes before your scheduled time, you'll see a Join now button appear on your app home screen.

During your video visit, your care team member will answer your questions, provide support, and help you come up with a plan for success in your program.
