How do I use my Enso device?

Within a few days of being approved for Enso, you’ll get your device in the mail and see a prompt in your Hinge Health app to set up your new device.

Getting started with your Enso only takes a few simple steps:

Open your app and tap on the Enso treatment card
Pair your Enso device through the app
Select your desired treatment area
Place the device in the gel pad cradle, and then place the gel pad on your body
Start treatment, using the buttons on-screen to adjust to the intensity to a level that’s right for you

Enso can help provide immediate pain relief, so you don’t have to skip a beat in your exercise therapy. For tips, tricks, and questions about using your device, refer to your user manual or contact the support team.
