How do I request new or replacement equipment?

Some members are eligible to receive equipment, such as exercise resistance bands, as part of their program membership. If your membership includes physical equipment, you'll see the option to order it in your Hinge Health mobile app. You won’t be billed or charged for any equipment that you receive from Hinge Health.


Contact the support team for technical support for equipment received from Hinge Health. If we can't get you back on track with troubleshooting tips and tricks, we’re happy to check your eligibility to receive replacement equipment.
