How do I request new or replacement equipment?

Equipment requests

Some Hinge Health members are eligible to receive equipment as part of their program. Equipment provided may include a device stand, exercise resistance bands, a yoga mat, or a Hinge Health Enso


If your membership includes physical equipment, you’ll see the option to order it in your Hinge Health mobile app. Any equipment you receive is provided at no cost to you as part of your program. Equipment is not available for individual purchase.


Eligibility and cost

The equipment you qualify to receive depends on your program and the policies of the employer or health plan that makes Hinge Health available to you.


Your organization covers the costs for your program. You won’t be billed or charged for any equipment that you receive from Hinge Health. In most cases, the equipment you receive is yours to keep.


Promotional items

You may be eligible to receive equipment through special promotions that your employer or health plan has chosen to offer to you. For example, some of our partners offer massage guns to qualifying first-time Hinge Health members.

Replacement equipment

Contact the support team for tips and technical help with equipment you received from Hinge Health.


If your problem isn't solved with troubleshooting, the team will check your eligibility to receive replacement equipment at no cost to you.
