You can access your personalized care anytime, anywhere using the Hinge Health mobile app. Just sign in to the app on your smartphone or tablet to begin your guided exercise therapy session.
The first time you use the app, you’ll go through a few steps to finish personalizing your program. The app will guide you through 3 movements to help us tailor your program to you. You'll also set a weekly exercise goal to stay on track with your program. This introductory session typically takes about 10 minutes.
Starting the day after you complete your introductory app session, you'll receive a new daily playlist every day in your app. Your daily playlist includes exercises tailored to you and other activities to help you reach your goals. As you complete playlists and provide feedback, the exercises in your program will change in intensity and challenge over time.
Playlists typically take 10-15 minutes to complete. We recommend you complete at least 3 times a week to manage your back or joint pain.
