Hinge Health partners with employers and health plans that offer our programs as an employee or member benefit.
Some of our partners also choose to offer referral rewards to members who help others join Hinge Health for the first time. Promotional items are subject to change. Examples of past rewards include:
- Water bottle
- Jump rope
- Waist pack
- Yoga block
- Sports towel

How to refer others to Hinge Health
- Find your referral link: Sign in to your online dashboard here using the email address you use for Hinge Health
- Share your link: Send your personal link to others who want to join Hinge Health as a new member
- Claim your reward: Once your referee has joined using your personal link and started their programs, you'll receive an email with instructions to claim your referral reward. Redemption emails are sent every two weeks on Wednesdays.
Can't find your referral link?
If you don't see a referral link in your online dashboard, your organization does not participate in this promotion and you are not eligible to receive referral rewards.
