Hinge Health is a digital program, so the most important piece of equipment you’ll need is our mobile app and a steady internet connection. You can download the Hinge Health app for free in the App Store and the Google Play Store.
Through the app, you'll get 24/7 access to personalized exercise therapy, education, and support from your dedicated care team, which is led by a Physical Therapist. To get in touch with your care team, send them a message or schedule a virtual video visit in the My Care of your app.
Some members qualify to receive physical equipment at no cost to them. If your program includes physical equipment, you’ll be prompted to order it through the Hinge Health app.
