Who's eligible?
Hinge Health partners with employers and health plans that offer our programs as an employee or member benefit. Some of our partners choose to offer a complimentary massage gun to qualifying members joining Hinge Health for the first time. Restrictions apply.
You may be eligible for this promotion if:
You recently signed up with Hinge Health for the first time,
You enrolled in a program for long-term pain, and
You signed up through an employer or health plan that participates in this promotion
How do I participate?
If you're a new member eligible for this promotion, you don't need to opt in to participate. Just follow these steps to start your program and we’ll take it from there!
Step 1: Join Hinge Health
First, sign up for Hinge Health through your employer or health plan here: Get virtual physical therapy and more
Step 2: Complete your first playlist
Next, download the app and complete a few activities to help us start tailoring your new program to you:
- Install the Hinge Health app on your smartphone or tablet for free from the App Store or Play Store.
- Sign in to the app using the email address or phone number you use for Hinge Health.
- Follow the in-app instructions to complete a 5-minute movement evaluation and your first playlist.
You won’t see the massage gun promotion in your Hinge Health app. After completing the steps above, keep an eye on your inbox for an email with instructions to claim your item.
Step 3: Claim your complimentary massage gun
Within a week of completing your first playlist in the app, you'll receive an email from Hinge Health with instructions to claim your massage gun. This email will be delivered to the email address you use for Hinge Health. If you don't see it in your main inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
After claiming your massage gun, you’ll receive another email with tracking information so you know when to expect your order. Your order will be delivered to the mailing address you entered when you claimed your item.
