How to sign in to the Hinge Health app

Sign in to the Hinge Health mobile app using your email address or mobile phone number.


Email address and password sign-in

  1. Open the Hinge Health app on your iOS or Android smartphone or tablet.
  2. Tap Sign in with email at the bottom of the screen. If you see a pop-up at this step, tap Continue.
  3. Enter the email address that you use for Hinge Health. 
  4. Tap Continue.


You can request a password reset by following these steps.

  1. From the Hinge Health app or website sign-in screen, select the option to reset your password (e.g., Forgot password? or Need help signing in?).
  2. Check your email inbox for a message from Hinge Health. The password reset link will be sent to the email address on file with your Hinge Health account. Be sure to check spam, junk, or promotions folders if you don't see the email in your primary inbox.
  3. Click Reset your password in the email to set a new password for your account.


Mobile number sign-in

  1. Open the Hinge Health app on your iOS or Android smartphone or tablet.
  2. Tap Sign in with your mobile number
  3. Select your country for your phone number from the dropdown list.
  4. Enter the mobile phone number that you used when you signed up with Hinge Health. 
  5. Tap Submit. Within a few minutes, you will receive a text message (SMS) to the mobile phone number you entered.
  6. Enter the 6-digit verification code in the box shown in the app. 
  7. Tap Sign in.
