Do I need a referral to participate?

Most of the time, you don't need a referral to participate with Hinge Health. However, some states do require a referral from a healthcare provider, a prescription, or a signed disclosure form before meeting with a Hinge Health physical therapist. If you need any of these to participate, we'll let you know.

If you’re interested, submit an application so we can see if Hinge Health is right for you. We’ll send you an email if we need more details from you.  Unlike in-person physical therapy, you can do our digital programs whenever it suits you, whether you’re out and about or at home. Your care team will help you manage any busy schedules, travel, or other challenges.
