You can apply to join Hinge Health if your employer or health plan offers our programs as a benefit.
Start your program today with these three steps:
Step 1: Apply online
Filling out our online application is the best way to check your eligibility and find out if our programs are right for you.
Here's what to expect:
- Find your employer or health plan here: Get virtual physical therapy and more
- Enter your information to create a free Hinge Health account
- Answer a few questions about your pain and medical history
- Based on your answers, we'll place you in the program best suited for you
As part of your application, we'll check your insurance details to confirm you're eligible for Hinge Health. As a member, you are not responsible for any costs for joining or using our programs. There are no out-of-pocket costs and you won't be billed.
If we have questions about your application, we’ll email you for more details within 1–2 business days. You won’t be added to a program until we can confirm we’re the right fit for you.
Step 2: Download the Hinge Health app
The Hinge Health app is free to download. It works with most iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.
Install the app from the App Store or Google Play to your personal device. There are a few ways to find the app in your respective app store. Choose whatever option is most convenient for you:
- Search for "Hinge Health" in the app store on your device
- Click the direct app store links from the device you want to use for Hinge Health
- iPhones and iPads: Hinge Health app (App Store)
- Android smartphones and tablets: Hinge Health app (Google Play)
- Use the default camera on your device to scan the QR code below
Step 3: Complete your first daily playlist
Sign in to the app using your mobile number or email address.
From there, the app will guide you through a short introduction flow and your first daily playlist.
After your playlist, spend a few minutes exploring everything available in your new program!
