We recommend that members complete exercise therapy sessions regularly to build a movement habit. In the app, you can set a personal weekly playlist goal to stay on track.
You may also set custom reminders to complete their daily playlists. You can customize the day of week and time they receive reminders, as well as your preferred reminder type (push notification or text message).
You may see a few different options in the app to set and update your goals and reminders:
Account tab:
- Open the Hinge Health app
- Tap the Account tab in upper corner of the home screen
- Under Preferences, tap Weekly goal & reminders or Action plan
- Update your goal or reminder
- Tap Save
Home screen:
- Open the Hinge Health app
- Tap Your first week goal or Weekly goals at the top of the home screen
- Update your weekly goal
- Tap Save
