- Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner of the home screen
- Scroll down to App version
- If you see Update available, then there is a newer version of the app available for download

- 1. From the tablet home screen, go to Settings
- 2. Select Apps & Notifications
- 3. Choose Special app access
- 4. Tap Install unknown apps
- 5. Toggle on Allow from this source for the Hinge Health app
