How do I delete and reinstall the app?

iOS DEVICES


Delete the app

  1. Touch and hold the Hinge Health app icon.
  2. Tap Remove App  

Reinstall the app

  1. Open up the App Store.
  2. Tap the Search tab at the top of the screen and search for "Hinge Health"
  3. Tap the Get button. If you see an "Open" button instead of a Get button, this means the app has already been downloaded to your device.
  4. Once the app is downloaded, sign into Hinge Health using either your email and password or your phone number.

 


ANDROID DEVICES


Delete the app

  1. Open the Google Play Store app  
  2. At the top right, tap the Profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps & devices and then Manage.
  4. Tap the name of the app you want to delete.
  5. Tap Uninstall.

Reinstall the app

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Search for "Hinge Health"
  3. Once you find the app, tap Install.
  4. Once the app is downloaded, sign into Hinge Health using either your email and password or your phone number.




LENOVO TABLET


Delete the App

  1. Hold your finger down on the Hinge Health app icon for 2 seconds.
  2. An App info prompt will appear. Tap on App info
  3. Tap UNINSTALL

Re-Install the App 

We recommend installing the mobile app on your Lenovo tablet through the Google Play Store. Search "Hinge Health" in the Google Play Store (or follow the direct links here) and follow the prompts to install the application. If you prefer not to download the app through the Play Store, you may also install it by navigating to this web address on your device: https://bit.ly/hingehealthapp

Adding the Hinge Health App to the Home screen

  1. Swipe up on the bottom of the Home screen
  2. Hold your finger down on the Hinge Health app
  3. Drag the icon onto the Home screen
