Hinge Health offers digital exercise therapy programs that are accessible anytime, anywhere, and designed for everybody and every body part. We partner with employers and health plans who provide our programs to their members as a benefit. If Hinge Health is a covered benefit for you, you can join and participate at no cost to you.
As a member, you’ll access your program through the Hinge Health mobile app, which you can download for free in the App Store and the Google Play Store. Unlike in-person physical therapy, you can use your Hinge Health app whenever it suits you, whether you’re out and about or at home.
Your app gives you unlimited access to exercises, stretches, and educational resources developed by physical therapists to help you reduce pain and improve mobility. Your exercise therapy program will help you feel stronger performing your day-to-day activities, such as bending down to tie your shoe or going up or down stairs.
Our digital format means you can complete your exercises wherever and whenever works best for you, and advance at your own pace. We ask you to commit 15 minutes at least 3 times a week to reduce your pain. You can always do your exercises every day if you like! In fact, many members do because they find it controls their pain better. No matter what your goals are, we’ll help you stick to your program with a plan that’s personalized to your needs, ability, and lifestyle.

Once you’ve found your employer, joining is easy. We’ll ask you a few questions to set up your account and make sure Hinge Health is a good fit for you. This entire process only takes about 10 minutes. Based on your answers to the online application, we’ll place you in the digital program that best suits your needs.
