No, the organization sponsoring your participation with Hinge Health covers all costs for your program.
Some members are eligible to receive equipment, such as exercise resistance bands, as part of their program membership. If your membership includes physical equipment, you'll see the option to order it in your Hinge Health mobile app. You won’t be billed or charged for any equipment that you receive from Hinge Health.
In most cases, the equipment is yours to keep and there is no need to return it to us. You are welcome to keep, recycle, or discard equipment that you no longer need. We'll contact you directly if we ever do need to take back your equipment.
You can recycle Hinge Health motion sensors and Enso at your local Staples store and receive an in-store coupon. Refer to your local waste and recycling authority for more information about electronic waste, recycling, and other takeback programs in your area.
