What happens if my organization stops offering Hinge Health?

Hinge Health is a benefit offered by some employers and benefit plans. Your access to Hinge Health programs and services can end in these scenarios:

  • Your organization no longer offers Hinge Health as a covered benefit
  • You are no longer covered on a qualifying benefit plan because you changed employers, retired, or enrolled in a benefit or health plan that is not compatible with Hinge Health

If your organization stops offering Hinge Health as a benefit, you might still have access through a different organization.

Follow these steps to check if Hinge Health is available to you:

  1. Search our list of partners here: https://www.hingehealth.com/for-individuals/
  2. Reapply to Hinge Health: Submit a new program application to check if you can use Hinge Health with a different organization. Contact Hinge Health support if you need help with your new application.

If you do not have access to Hinge Health through one of our partners, we invite you to check out our free resources below. We also suggest contacting your benefits team to learn more about the options available to you:

  • Quick and easy exercise therapy videos on our Hinge Health YouTube channel
  • Articles on our website about back, joint, and muscle pain relief
