We’ve upgraded the Hinge Health in-app experience with motion insights, the latest form feedback technology. Motion sensors are longer supported in the app or provided to members.

What is the motion insights feature?

The motion insights feature uses your device’s camera to provide instant insights and personalized feedback as you do your exercises. It can help you maintain proper form and get the most out of your exercises — no motion sensors required.

Your physical therapist or health coach can address any questions, comments, or concerns you have about motion insights. Just message them in the My Care tab of your app for support.
