How do I check the status or make changes to my order?

Some members are eligible to order equipment through the Hinge Health mobile app as part of their membership.


Most orders will arrive to you within about a week of placement. It can take a few days for new orders to be processed and shipped. If you’ve recently placed an order through your app, keep an eye on your email inbox for shipping confirmation and tracking information once it is available. 


For help managing your orders, including checking status, making changes, updating delivery address, or reporting a  related issue, contact the support team.
