Sign up and get started with your Hinge Health program in 3 easy steps:
1. Complete your application
Submitting an application is the best way to find out if Hinge Health is right for you. Applying to Hinge Health only takes about 10 minutes.
- First, visit this link and search for your employer or benefit plan name
- Next, create a free Hinge Health account when prompted to begin your application.
- Last, we'll ask you about your pain and other medical conditions to make sure our program is a good fit. We'll also ask you to provide a few details to help us confirm that Hinge Health is a covered benefit for you.
Tip: If we have any questions about your medical history or insurance eligibility, we’ll reach out to you via email within 1-2 business days. You are not responsible for any out-of-pocket costs for Hinge Health.
2. Download the Hinge Health app
After completing your application, download the Hinge Health mobile app on your device to gain access your personalized care plan.
The Hinge Health app works on most iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. Download the app for free by searching "Hinge Health" in the App Store or Google Play Store, or use your device to scan the QR code here.

2. Sign in and complete your first 5-minute playlist
Enrolled members can sign in to the app using their mobile number or email address.
Once logged in, the app will take you step-by-step through your first session, or "daily playlist." The app will guide you through three movements that will help us begin customizing your program to your needs.
Tip: Your daily playlist is the set of activities you'll complete every time you open your app. Your playlist weaves together all the elements of your program that help you achieve better back and joint health: personalized exercise therapy, behavioral support, and educational content that you can apply in your everyday life.
